For private and member clubs

More golf starts with knowing who’s free.

AvailGolf helps clubs uncover hidden member availability and turn it into real games and stronger connections.

Approved clubs receive a free 30-day trial with onboarding support. No payment details are required to start.

The problem

Members want to play. The opportunity often disappears.

Members already have spare time and would happily join rounds, practice sessions and social games. But that availability often stays invisible until it is too late.

01

Missed participation

Potential rounds never form.

02

Fewer member connections

Chances to play together pass unnoticed.

03

Less club activity

Fewer visits and less use of the course and practice facilities.

How it works

Turn hidden availability into club activity.

Four stages, each building on the one before it. Every screen below is the current AvailGolf product, shown as members see it.

01

Members share availability

Members say when they are available, what they want to play — a round, a practice session, a social game — and how flexible they are on timing.

AvailGolf Post a Game screen: session category, session type, date and time, number of players and holes
02

Members discover opportunities

When a round, practice session or social game matches their preferences and availability, the right members are notified — so opportunities they would otherwise have missed become visible.

03

Groups form naturally

Interested members join the session, see who else is playing, and agree the details between themselves in the group conversation — so a viable group comes together without anyone at the club arranging it.

04

Book and play

Once the group is ready, members can go straight from AvailGolf to the club’s existing tee booking system to book their tee time.

In AvailGolf Members form the group, agree when to play and keep track of whether the tee time has been booked.
In your club’s system The tee time is booked through the club’s existing booking system. AvailGolf can link members directly to it from the session.

Your tee sheet stays yours. AvailGolf works alongside the booking system you already use.

What it means for the club

What greater participation can create.

When clubs uncover hidden member availability, they create more activity, stronger communities and greater long-term membership value — without asking anyone at the club to run another system.

Activity

More reasons to play.

More rounds played, fuller groups and better use of the course and practice facilities at quieter times — creating more reasons for members to visit and spend time at the wider club.

Community

Stronger playing connections.

Easier introductions, stronger playing networks and more repeat groups — including for new members and those without an established group.

Membership value & retention

More value from membership.

More engaged members and more reasons to renew, because membership is worth what members are able to do with it.

Why AvailGolf exists

Built from a problem many clubs already face.

After moving clubs and becoming a dad, I found it harder to play regularly and stay connected to club life. The desire to play was still there. Finding the right opportunities wasn’t.

That experience revealed a wider challenge: member demand already exists, but availability often remains hidden. AvailGolf exists to help clubs make that availability visible, so more members play, connect and feel the value of club life.

Common questions

No. AvailGolf helps members discover suitable playing opportunities and organise games. Once a group forms, members book their tee time through your club’s existing booking or tee-sheet system.

AvailGolf complements your existing systems rather than replacing them. Members continue using your club’s normal booking process while AvailGolf helps create more participation before a booking is made.

Yes. Members can create casual rounds, practice sessions and social games for others to join, making it easier for compatible playing groups to form naturally.

Once an application is approved, the journey is application, review and contact, club setup, then member launch, with onboarding and setup support from AvailGolf at each step. Because AvailGolf works alongside your existing booking system, there is no major operational change required.

A club administrator has oversight of the club’s AvailGolf presence and its members. Day to day, members create and join their own sessions and agree the details between themselves, so your team does not organise individual member sessions or operate another booking workflow.

Member privacy and security are fundamental to the platform. AvailGolf only uses the information needed to help members connect; how member data is handled is set out in full in our privacy notice.
