01Why this page exists
AvailGolf is a new product being shown to clubs before it has a long history of use. That makes it particularly important that what we show is either real, or clearly identified as a demonstration. This page sets out which parts of the site are generated and which are not, so nothing on the site has to be taken on trust.
02The demonstration environment
The product screens on this website are captured from the AvailGolf demonstration environment. Westbrook Heath Golf Club is fictional, the members shown are fictional personas, and their profile photographs are AI-generated.
The screens themselves are not. They are captures of the current AvailGolf product as members see it, and they are never redrawn, retouched or reconstructed to make a point. Where a caption describes something the product does, the screen beside it shows the product doing it. If an available capture would not support a claim, we change the claim or take a new capture rather than editing the image.
03Photography
Some lifestyle photography on this site is AI-generated. It is used to illustrate a situation — a member deciding whether to play, members together at a club — rather than to depict a particular person, club or event. No image on this site is presented as a photograph of a real AvailGolf club or a real AvailGolf member.
Photographs of real people who are named, such as the founder, are genuine photographs of that person.
04What is not AI-generated
- The AvailGolf product itself, and every product screen shown on this site.
- The founder's account of why AvailGolf exists, which is his own words.
- Our legal, privacy and security documentation.
- Any customer, testimonial, adoption figure, statistic, award or endorsement — because we do not publish any. AvailGolf is new, and we would rather say so than manufacture evidence.
05How we keep track
AvailGolf maintains an internal provenance log for AI-generated and materially AI-modified public assets, recording what each asset is, how it was produced and where it is used. Decisions about whether a given asset needs a visible label are made against that record rather than case by case, and disclosures such as the one that accompanies our product screens come from it.
We make no legal claims about detection, watermarking or provenance standards beyond what we actually do.
