10Enforcement
If AvailGolf believes this policy may have been breached, it may review the matter and take action where appropriate.
- issue a warning;
- restrict access to features;
- remove or limit content where available and appropriate;
- suspend or terminate access;
- contact a relevant club;
- preserve records where needed for legal, safety, billing, audit, report, support or operational reasons; or
- take other steps needed to protect users, clubs, AvailGolf or the platform.
AvailGolf may take urgent action where needed for safety, security, legal, operational or misuse reasons.
This policy does not promise a formal review route, a specific result for every report or a set response time.
11Privacy and records
AvailGolf supports privacy request workflows for data export, account deletion, email rectification and profile photo deletion where available.
Privacy requests can be made through the platform where available or by contacting privacy@availgolf.com.
Some privacy requests may require coordination between AvailGolf and the relevant club. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, safety, billing, audit, report, support or operational reasons.
Reports, related review records, support records, security records and account records may not be deleted immediately simply because access is restricted, suspended or terminated.
